Did anyone help you do I-589? how did he help you?

How did you find your interpreter? how did you find your lawyer?

did you review your application after it was finished? did someone read it back to you, in your native language?

Can  you repeat everything on Page 1 of Form I-589? DOB? POB?

When did you last depart from your country? What was your last address in your country

When did you enter USA?

Did you write your Declaration? How was it prepared?

Tell me your history with the US State Department: when did you first apply for your first visa? Did you fill out Form DS-160? It asked if you had ever been arrested? It asked how long you planned to stay in USA? It asked who your employer was?

Did you tell lies to the State Department? why?

How many times did you ask for a visa? Were you interviewed, face-to-face, at US Embassy in your country? What were you asked; what did you answer?  Did you tell lies to the officer?

When was the first harm?

Most of the people in Burma are members of the "Bamar" ethnic group? But you are "Chinese"?

At age ten, did you ask for an I.D. Card? easy to get? what color was it? does it say you are Chinese?

You were born in Burma, but your I.D. card says you were "naturalized"?

Do police and soldiers ever look at your I.D. card? Employers? Landlords? Who else?

At age 18, did you ask for an I.D. card? what happened?

What harm did you suffer, because you were Chinese? How were you treated differently from the Bamar?

Did you have to pay larger bribes than the Bamar?

What was the process to get  your passport? process to get a driver's license? to get a Household Registration List?

How have other Chinese been treated?

If you walk down the street, how does anyone know you are Chinese?

When you went to the office to get your I.D., what did the official say? Can you repeat his exact words?

Are there different kinds of harm? Did you suffer physical harm?

Emotional harm? economic harm? "social" harm?

Were you allowed to have a Chinese name?

Was there any other harm that you suffered?
